Great design! I've always been a fan of the EA ships from Babylon 5, and you've really captured the spirit of that design while coming up with something that has its own unique look. I hope we'll see more of these...

Yes the middle setion rotates, unlike in B5 where the rotating sections is the only part of the ship to have gravity, this technology actually distributes gravity throughout the whole ship through a series of gravametric coils.
