How beautiful!

A beautiful capture, an outstanding composition. The title is superb. It makes me wonder if the photo was born of the title or vice versa. Its just one of those artistic moments that the viewer can feel. Its one of which stories are created from. Which can lead the writer to go in a plethora of directions. While I think about the title it is more of a feeling of loving gesture. Is the piano a gift? Was the evening the first of many? I could go on and on...yet, the photo and I don't know whether it is because its b&w, has an under current of sadness for me. The rose has already begun to age. Was the rose placed there in hopes of romance to begin anew? Was it placed there in remembrance of a love that once was? Or was it placed there for the piano itself? Wholy for the love the musician has for its instrument and all the love the instrument has for the musician? I don't know if you are familiar with this musician, but this photo makes me think of Beegee Adair. She is a beautiful and wonderful pianist. When you listen to her play you can see the notes rise from the piano and lift into the air. She plays romance like I've never heard anyone play. Her entire being is in her music. Its like the piano was invented just for her. For me I would say listening to her is like listening to a modern day, female version of Mozart. She honestly has that quality. Thank you so much for sharing your work with us. I do apologize for the length of my comment and do hope that you didn't mind my "babble" LOL... there is the oft time that when I see an artist here who's work has genuinely moved me that I am compelled to write what and how the artist has touched in me. ~Michelle~
