Description

Here is an image of the "Concrete Ship" by the Cape May Lighthouse and the Bird Sanctuary in my prior images. In actuality it is a bunker that has been exposed by the erosion of the shoreline. This bunker use to stick out into the ocean. The town has built up the beach so that the bunker is completely on sand and you can walk around it. Off to the right you can see a person standing next to the cistern (or whatever it is) that had the waves crashing against it. Enjoy! UPDATE: L8RDAZE has informed me that the cistern is actually an 8" gun emplacement! Thanks!
