Description

Hey guys, Something different for me - not a landscape:) This little fella is a Quokka. Cute little things aren't they. Normally found in the south-western corner of Western Australia and on two small nearby islands. But this one is within South Australia. I got a couple more animal shots I'm going to post over the next couple night, just for something different. Cheers guys! -Michael

have to dis-agree with you, this is not a quokka more likely a pottaroo or a close relative quokka's are endemic to western australia so i would doubt you would find one in south australia outside of captivity. here endith the lesson

Thanks for the kind words guys:) @demonicusrex this guys is in a wildlife conservation park (note the container it is eating from), in South Australia, and it is definitely a Quokka - cheers:) lesson noted lol he he
