One of those holes where you want to have some control, huh? Those look like golfball eating trees. I've come in contact with them before and they are vicious! :-) By the way, nice water trap... did either of you experience the vortex? I have this theory that the reason so many balls end up in the water is because there is a peculiar difference in temperature between the surface of the water and the air just above it that causes a nearly imperceptible vortex that, within a certain perimeter, sucks all objects straight into it. How else can I explain so many balls ending up in the water...over and over and over... LOL

I can see why this spot is your favorite! Since I am not into golf though I would probably want to have a picnic and get yelled at (or hit by golf balls).

sure is a beautiful willow tree.they are not one to have close to your house because of all the noise made during high winds. the grounds are awesome
