She has lovely rich skin tones that look very real. And you've got great lighting on her elven warrior outfit. Also having the slightly blurred background really makes her jump out because she is so sharply rendered. My only question here is... Is she meant to be floating? Is so I would make her pose a bit more dynamic, like she is jumping or flying. If not I would simply spin the y-tranverse dial until I had dropped her feet out of the frame. That way she would look like she is standing on something unseen. I do not mean to be mean...only helpful as per your request :-)

I agree with brewgirlca, In poser I always view from the left and right to make sure the feet are on the ground plane. If you don't want a full figure, a lot of us crop off the bottom so you don't see the feet. Otherwise, I like the lighting on her.
