Description
A view looking right up the North Cornwall Coast from Pentire Head. Farmers are going flat out at the moment to salvage the wheat crop before another break in the weather.
Thanks for looking

We are not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy! Now are we speaking of barley, millet or oats? Red or white wheat? Some ancient corn it seems that has no descendents in maize. Does one teeter about on these hills with some sort of self propelled harvester or is there towed combine that suffices. Surely no one still uses sickle and scythe?

Reading tallpindo's comment and you know it would not suprise me at all to see a Cornish Farmer still using sickle and scythe? Lol. Fabulous vista, I love the Cornish coastline, it has some of the most beautiful stretches in the UK. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!

National Trust farms so plenty of money for a tractor or two :-)

Wonderful capture, the farmers have had a bad harvest this year, there are so many wheat fields not harvested yet.. Excellent well done...
