Description
Taken last fall along the Peak to Peak Highway near Allenspark, Colorado. I bought my first iMac and I have been learning to use Aperture. I really like it. This is a much better edit than what I could do a year ago.

It was some time ago but I believe this is not a lay church but a retreat for monks and if it's the one I'm thinking of it's just below Longs Peak. By the way this is an excellent picture of this impressive little stone chapel. I also took one years ago and omitted the statue of Christ (white figure) on the rocks across the dirt road along the side of the chapel. Much of the excitement derives from the fact it just pops up on the highway there aren't any other structures near it.
