Description

A new view of my previous post.Rutra called it when he said I appeared to want to show more of the platform in my post "Solitude",the figure was intended more for scale in that image.I had planned on a follow-up image with more emphasis on the girl, the first post would establish what the setting looked like. After Korsheth's comment on the terrain texture I went back and re-did the original texture, removing the Bryce sand preset bump...I like this one better. So,as a result, this one is for Rutra and Korsheth...with thanks! All items were created in Bryce6.1,with the exception of the planet and some stars, some minor distressing to the pillar the girl is sitting on,and sig...all of which were done in Photoshop. Thanks for all your views and comments, they help to mould and shape my work, and are much appreciated!

I kinda a liked the platform myself, but that's just me. This image has a better focus on the girl, and the postwork planet looks pretty cool.

Superb image - tighter composition and more moody than the first. I love it!

I don't like heights, Neil...LOL This one has really put you right at the edge and what an awesome view, too. One feels like he is standing right there. And the angle projection of the over-head bar adds to the feeling of height. Very well done.

Wow! I like this a lot! The mood is much better in this one. Your fabulous work in the structure is much better perceived, I would say, due to the shorter distance. The distant cityscape looks great. I really like her hair and how it seems to very gently flow with the wind. The composition looks perfect to me. Excellent job!

Great image! Yeah OK this one is better, but I did like the original as well. I'm a great fan of "zooming" images ever since I viewed Soar by allnavdi (see Soar by allnavdi). It would be great to see a zoomed in image of this focusing on the character!

Yep, even better than the last one, lovely texturing and a greater sense of height in this one. Tony.
