Description

Morristown, NJ Every time I look at this photo I feel there is a story in it. I was drawn into the view when I saw it. After I took it I sat on the ground for a very long moment, I was genuinely enchanted. For me, this picture stirs a story that could go so many ways. I do hope everyone had a great weekend. Lots of good food, friends and laughter. ~Michelle~

Oh PS..... this is just a part of the ruins I happened upon. Morristown is just filled with wonderful history. Not only was the revolution fought here and Gen.George Washington DID sleep here. But it is also the birth place of the seeing eye dog. There are sooooooooo many Gothic churches too!

ahhhh, a Victorian Romance Novel in the making. :-) There is an intimacy here and you can put any characters you wish into this from 500 A.D all the way to the 1960s and still get a great story out of it.

It is a fantastic scene. I love the pattern that the trees make. Even more amazing to me is that I grew up near Morristown in Short Hills. LOL. Nice to see a bit of where I grew up and havent been back to in 30 years.

Gorgeous capture; the partially concealed stone steps in the distance seems to be an invitation to something. Lovely work!
