Quite a subject and a very good render. I'd like to challenge you to do a reworking or alternate approach with smoke from the stacks (as there must have been), perhaps people on the decks and a different scale between lifeboats and titanic. Or a different POV. There is so much human drama in the story and you have a good start here, but I have looked at your gallery and I think you can do much more artistic and effective. What statement would you really like to make about the Titanic event? I don't use Daz Studio, so I don't know it's capabilities - you might consider postwork (which if you look at my gallery you will know I generally don't do - but there is a place for it). Thanks for sharing this with us.

a really good piece I like it very much doing it with Daz studio is quite difficult the lighting is real well done I agree with shadowmihau a few changes more people on deck and in the lifeboats, smoke from the stacks not the forward one it was a fake only used for storage move the lifeboats to the foreground knock out a few cabin lights the change are endless I have never really finished a piece i go back on my early work and alter bits all the time never satisfied.keep up the great work.

agree with shadowmihau and billmiles - this piece has potential but you're not there yet. It's good. It could be STUNNING. I'd also suggest a better night sky and agree that a lifeboat in the foreground with some fgures in it would help the audience 'connect' better. But, really Wow what a start ang an A+ for ambition as well.

I like it overall. good first night render too. If your looking for more realism, I think it could use the ice burg in the background with the ships lights shimmering off it, a bit more chop in the ocean, little bits and pieces of floating ice, steam from the stacks, Steam from the whistle, a bit more of a list to starboard, port hole lights under the waters surface, life boat gantry's and rigging, parachute flares in the sky, Big white lettering on the bow "Titanic", I think the port holes extend a bit to far forward, oh and the band playing on the deck (Talk about real hero's, sitting there playing, knowing your gona die, but you play so it keeps others from panicking, I can tell you I wouldn't be doing that I would be running for the life boats or making a raft out of anything that would float.). Then add what the others have mentioned about the people in the boats and the night sky, maybe a little bit of clouds with the ships lights and the star light shimmering off them. yea the scale or the position of the life boats is wrong, they appear much too large, compared to the ship which was just huge in comparison. Life boats were much smaller back then, these day they have motors and all sorts of other add-ons, but back then they were just row boats.
