My heroes were the late Colin Mc Rae and the Late Richard Burns R.I.P...
I love cars especially rally cars,Nature and the countryside..

I've seen cows eat this stuff. Not sure why they would want to. Does not look that appetizing to me. Maybe it tastes better than it looks - if you are a cow! Excellent!

You know I was thinking just like Optiramma, the black does look like many legged bugs of some sort. Excellent capture Aled, superb clarity and detail, zoom is a must to see this fully. I am wondering what happened to your butterfly though. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!

Nice macro, Aled. There's a lot of detail now apparent. I used to see a lot of thistles in my Gran's fields. Many were taller than me, the classic Scottish variety, but I never saw any of the dairy cows ( Irish ) eating them... ;o) I have seen thistle soup being prepared on a cooking program, but having tried thistle tea, I think I'll give it a miss..
