Description
The Scottish islands of the Outer Hebrides are well known (if you've ever heard of them ;-)) For their beaches. Because of the remote location of the islands, their geographical position and the expense of travel to and from the islands they are relatively sparsely populated and even our tourist season is incredibly short (4 busier months on a good year if your lucky). So you get these beaches...some of them vast. Beautiful and relatively unpolluted.
;-) I know how lucky I am living here.
