Description

Nojoqui Falls is located in a cool, north facing canyon in the grassy Nojoqui Falls County Park. The waterfall cascades 80 feet down a mossy, fern-covered rock wall and into a pool. The well-maintained trail to the falls winds through a shady glen under oaks, bays, laurels, and sycamores. The trail crosses three wooden bridges over a year-round creek on the way to the pool and grotto at the base of the falls. ****************************************** It was a real spooky small climb the signs below say beware as mountains lions have been seen roaming but like the fools we are nothing seems to stop us ,the roots of the trees where so large as I've never seen in my life in the ground they went forever we would have loved to be there in jan as a photography with a great camera and tripod told me the falls are so large you cannot stand too close they will sweep you away but that's not as scary as a mountain lion eating you alive lol as I can swim lol hope you enjoy as much as Iwas able to blend the two togther here I'm waving from one as you can see"PS/This is in solvang about a two mile walk from the time share: thanks for previous comments hugs ))
