These are neat flowers. I was driving along the interstate somewhere, I think maybe somewhere back east, and they were growing in masses, wild, in the median.

Love the lilac color. Stunning. This tells me that we had in our yard in abundance this summer was not Cosmos. Thanks for the education.

Beautiful cosmos; they do come in many different colors, so it could well be that you had some variety, dortygene! I've seen them in the medians while driving cross country before, but I also can't remember where. These shots are absolutely lovely - none of the ones I've ever tried to grow looked anywhere near as nice as these do. Great captures!
