I took this last Friday.actually found a female that was sociable enough for me to take some pictures thanks for viewing and any comments

Great macro shot, Richard. I love the colors. I tried the whole summer to get close to some of them, but the bif dragonflies always go away when I get closer.

She's beautiful!! Wonderfully clear and crisp image, her wings show up so clearly! I gotta dig out my dragonfly .. a sort of blue-turquoise color. But first I have to find out what kind it is.
