Description
Planet Gobi tweak.
A desolate plateaud terrain with acidic waters. remanants of a once possibly thriving lifeform remains as a fossilized "once before" in the rock beds. Perhaps the development of rain ob this planet created the acids that killed off the lifeforms.

Mark@poser
A nice render...Very realistic...5 Stars from me...Do more please!
Slav
Well, I should disagree with Mark@poser. Too much Sine in the displacements makes it look too uniform and unrealistic , IMO.

I love the ponds and the small waves in the water, this is very impressive in full view, the thumbnail doesn't give it enough credit. 5.

Yes I totally agree Slav. I realised the sine issue only when I set it on GD6 whilst I was test rendering at GD3. As the total render took 10hrs to complete.. I wasnt going to waste that time & go back & fix it then wait another 10. BUT your point is very valid :-)
azrabella
Love the foreground and water. 10 hours though...hmmm

I love the surfaces...some of the bumps seem uniform but...it still looks cool!!! Keep on man!
efflux
Nice water. Yes, the sine is not so great but you've got some good smaller terrain texture in there.
