Description

unlike my other pieces this one was not created by me from scratch, but is based on a portion of a very nice fractal created by ElizaB and with her kind permission this is what i came up with. you can find ElizaB's gallery listed in my favorite artists section. paintshop pro 7.04 thank you for viewing ^_^

love your title and you have created a wonderful abstract in your own unique style...I'm flattered you were inspired

it's ok i guess but not what i'd intended at the start :) i do like how the colors came out sort of crayony or chalky btw the arcs to the left and teal-like color swipe on the right are caused by added lights otherwise it was mere tweaking it was just an experiment -- as i don't really consider myself an artist and merely go with the flow in trying different filters and tweaks native to paintshop pro thanks for the permission ElizaB i still think yours is far better, except i think it could have had more gamma correction and brightness/contrast or something to bring out the differentiation of the blocks and those subtle undercolors and textures :) here is a not so perfect example http://i38.tinypic.com/23jsjer.png live and learn---lol :)

Well done. It is great to experiment and I think you have a unique fractal here.

sorry npauling but it isn't a fractal by me the original fractal piece was done by ElizaB (see her link above and with her kind permission i only took a piece and tweaked (added light sources) it and from the flow of it this came out sort of like giving birth :) lol
