Description

Hello ! This house was built in 1908 by my Grand Father. In 1909 he moved in. He lived with his family and 7 kids in the house for about 40 years as a customs officer and Harbour Master. Later they moved up above the Harbour. This is how the Harbour looked from the house, which they called "Edge of the beach" or "The Beach-edge", if you like. The colored shot is taken last year by me. It is now a Restaurant. Thanks for having a look and for your kind commends to yesterdays post. Special thanks to those who added it to their favorites. Have a lovely week. We have changing weather and not about 15-17C, about 62F.

It's a great documentary shot full of emotion too. It's great that the house has been preserved and even if it has been modified it respects the original architectural design..
