The composition is good for me. Colors are a bit strange and this picture is too blured for me.

A remarkable capture, nice colourtones great angle and POV. I have lived 20minutes from Manchester City Centre for 48years, I 'waited on' a Banquet in this Hotel ONCE (in my younger days) but I have never seen this staircase. Bravo!
