Description

Look lik3e a lot of people wish to ee what I do when the lins are down and no lights and no one around. My younger son left for he say the house was too hot to sleep in. All I had was candles and flash light. So I got out my tripod and set things up with my .357 mag. Here a shot with out the shadow of the gun on the guitor This was before I put a light on the floor to shin on the gun . I have puth the flashlight on the floor before but with out the guitor and when i saw the shadow on the guitor i know I had something going. Got more ideas like get my fog machine out and blacklights and a lot of other stuff. but that in the future and i got no guitor at home and no glass table. If this goes over I got one more to post with the gun and candles and that be it for any good shots. I got more but the handle is cut off or the tip of the gun is cut off lot of stuff like that. But one more after this one thanks for looking and comments. I just wish to show I took this shot before I turn the gun and made the shadow on the guitor. took over 30 shots doing diff things to it iso is 100 speed is 4 sec. fstop is f5.6 focal lenght is 120

Hunting a gun with a camera. The sounds of Marty Robbins in the background. I also recommend Willie Nelson's "Pancho and Lefty."

Mart Robbins works here, even if he sang of a time before .357s.

the light flare at the end of the gun is from the flashlight being too close but I like the effect here

The focus is very good on this one. I like the label so clear at the top.

cool! beautiful composition and soft light make this a perplexing shot considering the subject matter. I'm no fan of guns, either, but a big fan of your work, and of the freedom to own firearms. Guess I'm a bit perplexing myself lol

LOVE the title and you've sure given us a different POV of this gun.

Cool imagery, once again, Jock. I particularly like the blur on the lower left corner as it makes the gun seem as tho it's recently been fired.

Love the blur, lighting and orangey color effects in this shot, Jock! I don't know about guitars, maybe because I can't play one, but I love guns.

Both items are silent here. The GP 100 seems set down with as little regard as the flat musicians tool. In a way it is artistic, in my home the two would not lay side by each. Nice effect, well done
