Oppède Le Vieux (Vaucluse - France) est un magnifique petit village construit au sommet d'un éperon rocheux envahis par une superbe végétation avec en toile de fond, un cadre sauvage de forêts, de combes et de rocs. Pour découvrir Oppède Le Vieux, vous laisserez votre voiture au parking en bas du village et vous vous laisserez guider par les sentiers balisés bordés d'herbes folles. Vous accéderez à ce vieux village chargé d'histoire avec émerveillement en découvrant au sommet de la colline, la belle collégiale du XII° qui domine le panorama à 360°, les ruines d'un château du Moyen Age ainsi que les vestiges des échoppes et boutiques anciennes.
Vous flânerez avec plaisir le long des ruelles pavées qui parcourent le village. Vous y admirerez de superbes demeures anciennes des XV° et XVI° restaurées avec goût qui dégagent beaucoup de charme. Vous pourrez vous reposer sur la paisible place du village et petit à petit vous laissez imprégner par cette douce atmosphère qui règne ici.
De nombreux artistes, écrivains et célébrités ont été séduits par la beauté du site et son caractère authentique si bien conservé. Ils ont acheté puis restauré de belles propriétés...vous aussi, sans doute, si vous aimez le charme des vieilles pierres, vous aurez un véritable coup de coeur pour Oppède Le Vieux.

Oppède Le Vieux (Vaucluse - France) is a magnificent little hill-top village. Built high on a rocky outcrop and surrounded by lush vegetation, thick forests and rocks form a striking backdrop.
To visit Oppède Le Vieux, leave your car in the car park at the base of the village before following the picturesque path up the hill.
You will be enchanted by this historic village which has so much to offer: a 12th century collegiate church which dominates the skyline, the ruins of an ancient château and the remains of historic workshops and boutiques.
It is a pleasure to wander around this village and visitors will admire the charming 15th and 16th century houses that have been skilfully restored.
You can rest awhile in the peaceful square and soak up the atmosphere.
Numerous artists, writers and movie stars have been so charmed by the style and beauty of Oppède Le Vieux that many have bought property here... you, too, will also fall in love with this beautiful place.

Question photo y'a pas de problème, c'est une réussite ! Et le sujet est intéressant au plus haut point puisqu'il s'agit de notre patrimoine ! A sauvegarder en priorité sans être spécialement chauvin; pensons aux générations futures et ne laissons pas nos "trésors" historiques locaux disparaître sans rien faire !
