Description

This little Map (Araschnia levana) is one in his "summerclothes". The colour of the first generation of the year is more yellow on the upper side. Hope you like it. Best view in full-size. Thanks for the comments and rating on my last image "Two Victims"

A really great capture of a beautiful buterfly. My Dad records butterflies in England and uses some software called Levana, I notice that's the Latin name of this one. Tony.
