The viewpoint is great, but I agree that the surface needs a bit work out. The green could be a bit more pastell like and more variations and the water could be habe finer shores.

I agree: the PoV is great and the terrain is good; but the surface isn't that great! you should really use more layers here.

Some more layer in corresponding colours would give this image more life, it seems to be a picture of a picture-book.
