Description

One of the places I frequent to watch how the sun sets and also one of a very few compositions where I have centered objects - you be the judge if it is a "dead center" case. Our spring is in the air and it's good to know the long winter of 3 weeks is now officially something of the past. May you have a splendid tail end of the week! To my American friends, keep 911 fresh in your memory...

Not dead center at all as the eye is drawn to the center of the ripples and not the sun by the vertical poles. Fine work!

OMG.. that is stunning. Somehow you've captured the water looking like it saw you on the shore and just POSED. The ripples look as heavy as cream as if time had slowed down. Amazing photo, Pieter.

Stunning dramatic light and capture! The golds in the circular ripple are fabulous! As far as centering and the rule of thirds, rules are made to be broken, and I like your composition very much.
