I like the way you handled the light and color in this piece. From my experience in these urban settings I am more likely to come across junkies and the homeless more than a clean-cut kid with a basketball even if he does have a tat. ~yO

Very nice! One very, very, very small criticism? The shadows just at his feet seem too light to me and he looks like he is slightly floating. A little darker shadow would help ground him to the scene a bit more. Don't get me wrong, I really like this shot. The light rays I particularly like.
