Description

Romanesque church century x th.( Catalonia ) This church was built in a cave, serving ceiling stone itself. It is the largest church troglodyte of the country. It has a Romanesque portal formed by a round arch. Complete the website a archivolt supported on a pair of columns, topped with capitals decorated with plant motifs. Only a few remnants of the high altar. ( sorry for the bad english ) Thanks Tony

Don't apologise for bad English Tony, it is us that should apologise for not speaking Spanish. A lot of people that do not speak English as a first language go out of their way to post in several languages. If you post in your mother tongue, I can use a translator. Your English by the way is better than a lot of English people that I know. Excellent capture of this wonderful monastery, I can imagine the Monks quarters to be very cool even in the summer, I bet they were freezing in the winter though. Superb work my friend. Bravo!!!!!
