Description

Last night I had the opportunity to go to a very special concert of one of the best English bands form all times "Deep Purple", (the great: Don Airey, Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Steve Morse and Ian Paice... wowwwwwwwwwwwww). It was really fantastic! Oh my, what a wonderful experience. I saw them 9 years ago and they are still really smashing. Anyway ….. I just wanted to share it with all of you, music lovers…. All though my photos aren't very good I played a bit around until I got up with this collage with the best captures ;O) You can see some of their videos at You Tube and refresh your minds, he he. I grew up listening to Purple, back in the seventies, when the band were going thru different splits and stuff, I recall seeing them with Tommy Bowling at the helm, the crowd of ardent fans gave him a hard time, I thought he did rather well, I love Deep Purple, and I love your shot of these ageing rockers, and when I took up keyboards, I listened a lot to Jon Lord, and of course the master Rick Wakeman nice one Elizabeth :) PS:Did they do Highway Star?
