Description

Thank you for commenting on my Still in the Air. It's just part of a balcony I captured in the setting sun from my balcony heavily postworked. Pardon my making you reck your brains. I am not sure if I have ever posted this one captured about two years ago. Seems like I have but I might have erased it, for I keep erasing images I stopped liking. Attitudes thange, so it's quite natural. We change 100% every seven years, life changes, hence we have a right not to bear responsibility for what we have done or haven't done. Or we have no right to change? Nikolay

Every right! But it is fascinating to keep a record of past interests, my garden is the result of serial obsessions. I'm just about to remove the evidence of one of them, mind you! This is not a marina I would like to row across alone at night! your photo has an ominous mood!

Glad you kept this Nikolay!. To me, as former "sailor" it reminds me of late autumn sailing, when darkness falls early, and you can feel so alone at sea. Then the marina can feel like a safe place to come to.

Great composition with mood and very significant that the deeper distance is darker and less important meaning that the "here" and now is more important. I may read too much into things.
