Description

This statue is a part of the old town house of Gouda wich you can see in some earlier uploads. I don't know when the building will be broken down, as with everything at some point that will happen. Until that time the man will be chained to the building and as it is a Dutch monument, hat may be a very long time, something close to eternity... Good day all, Thom

Thankfully there are places in this world that preserve the things that are ancient .. or even just old. Here, they tend to just tear them down rather then spend money on preservation. This is a wonderful capture, and to think it will be around for your grandchildren to see!
