Hi, my name is Ulla and I live in Switzerland. Besides having a talent in working with clay and modelling sculptures in ceramic, photography has been one of my fav hobbies since my teenage years. In the ninties when computers and digital cameras came into my life this hobby was intensified a lot.
Creating in 3d nowadays is my main focus, although my camera still stays with me.

I've never seen lemons grow - how odd... Well, I left you a few comments and read about you... You're in Switzerland? I seen something on the net last week to where there is supose to be the biggest most expensive machine ever made by man there... This thing I seen on the net was called "the big bang machine" ...I'm just hearing about it now... With you living there, what do you know about it? would you be interested in posting something about it as an upload? It's very interesting and some scientist fear it... I really don't know what to think, but I think it's amazing tha I'm just hearing about it now and they're talking about doing this experiment soon.... thanks again for leaving me a comment, you've got some awesome photos, I hope you post some of your sculptures soon.

I have always thought they resembled little wine bottles. Fabulous macro work!

GORGEOUS !!

Stunning clarity in this superlative macro of what looks like lemons in their embryonic stage! Strange shape, similar to that of a pestle.

How interesting! I've never seen them growing either. Now I'll be singing that song the rest for the rest of the day "lemon tree, very pretty, and the lemon flower is sweet, but the fruit of the poor lemon is impossible to eat". :)

Excellent shot and superb details. I live in the citrus valley of South Africa where lemons, oranges and other citrus is cultivated, and strange enough I never looked so closely like you did here. Excellent POV.
