Nice shot, but be careful not to let this little guy bite you! It's a member of the Reduviidae family, commonly called assassin bugs or kissing bugs and are bloodsuckers. Here in California we have the Conenose bug from this family that can be very dangerous. Even though the initial bite is not painful, you can have an allergic reaction to it that can put you in the hospital! We've had two people in our little town bit by these. Scarey!

interesting to read bentchick's comment. my first reaction to the pic was "eeek". i had no idea what this critter was, but turn of it's head seemed downright sinister... :-[
