This is well done like mentioned above, straps conform to the skin, lighting is right and the hair looks natural. there is some 3rd party that handles skin pores and texture and a faint hint of a blood vessel in the eyes. I mention these things because they are all I would consider doing on a quite excellent piece of work like you have shared with us here. Thank you!
