Treasures... how do we define them? Hmmm? At first glance we might think of something tangible like a necklace or a watch... perhaps we might even think about finding some expected money. But the real treasures in life are those that cannot be touched. Even something as simple as a 'thank you' can be a treasure sometimes. No matter what our treasures are, they come to us because we have been thinking of them... hoping for them... and yes, even dreaming of them. So why not try being a treasure for someone else. Does this sound strange? Why it's not strange at all. We become a treasure for someone else by being there when we are needed. By giving a smile to someone who can use a little lift to their spirit. What we give out comes back to use ten fold. So today... just for today... take time to count the treasures you give and the treasures you receive. I think you just might be surprised when you start to pay attention to what is going on your little corner of the world. You are abundantly supplied in all that you say, see or do. No matter what the event... you will be and always are abundantly supplied with whatever you require or desire... whether tangible or intangible. So open up your heart and mind and let the treasure flood begin. It will knock your socks off and forever expand your soul. Our thought for the day is: 'I am a shining gem all glittering and bright. Lovely image and thoughts. Yes, I count the treasures I have every day and appreciate them. I may not have much in the way of money, but I wouldn't trade it for the love in my house.

Things are nice, but oh the Treasures that are so much better and more valuable then any things anyone could give. Wonderful words .. and such a beautiful image, both are true treasures!

I love the lotus flower in this image, and the color. Again, you words hit the mark of my own reflection. However, mine was on the words spoken to us that hurt so deeply. It is so important to learn how to forgive, and forgiveness is a treasure to give away. Who doesn't need that to return to us tenfold? Namaste!
