Update from Maddy
This tree is NOT Maddy's...just an image of damage elsewhere. Maddy is still ok/fine - still no power at home or business. Thankful cooler weather (and for Martha). A special message to Bev: Please call my cell phone. I'll be back when I can. Thanks so much for your supportive comments.

HELP!!! Bev here, have just read Maddy's message and saw the tree down but I do NOT have Maddy's cell number!! If I knew Martha who posted for Maddy I could contact her??? IF ANYONE knows Martha or has a way to relay a message to Maddy would you tell her I have her Tuesday's puzzles covered, not to worry, I'll take care of everything. I did send Maddy a message saying same but of course she hasn't received it!! Our Maddy's puzzles are VERY popular and we are all missing her VERY much but as long a she's OK that's the main concern!! Any help from any of you that are Maddy's friends would be greatly appreciated.

I have no idea what her number might be but if you do talk to her, tell her she is in our thoughts and hearts and we miss her. Amazing damage to uproot a tree that looks that size, although I imagine there are larger ones that have been uprooted as well. Take care, Lea

Thank goodness that the tree didn't fall on the house. It never ceases to amaze as to what nature can do.

Young trees can bend better than older ones. But still: what a force it must have been to take this healthy looking one to the ground. Maddy, I'm glad you're OK. We miss your work!

Maddy has power at home as of late Friday (9/19) afternoon. Still no power at the business. She hasn't plugged in her home computer yet...but will later today - she's following the advisement to "power up" gradually. She appreciates everyone's concern. She was just here (at Martha's) and the only thing she wanted to check was Renderocity - so I know that getting back online and in touch with you all is very important to her! She will be back with you probably before the weekend ends. (posted by Martha)
