I'm so tired but I can't sleep Standin' on the edge of something much too deep It's funny how we feel so much but we cannot say a word We are screaming inside, but we can't be heard I'm so afraid to love you, but more afraid to lose Clinging to a past that doesn't let me choose Once there was a darkness, deep and endless night You gave me everything you had, oh you gave me light I will remember you (s. maclahan) This render was postworked in Deep Paint w/texture weapons using a texture created by Frank Miller, that was painted on, in varying degrees and colors, with additional brush work. What an absolute treat, and reminds me just how much I miss seeing your renders w. the frequency I used to. She reminds me and makes me think of mountains, of elements & time ever so slowly eroding away at her surface and sending her back to sea... of the strength it takes, the solidity necessary, to crumble...
