The wall of flame and the glass floor are where my eyes first went. I agree that the flames coming from the figure are flat and you might move the figure closer to the middle to give her more importance, or increase her size? I guess.

Just a suggestion, but the flames coming from her hands looks a little two dimensional. Other than that, I'd say this is a great start to a really cool image!
