Looks like the type of stairs that can only be climbed on certain nights when the moon is full every five years. Great Capture.

You can see where they used to be David, I wonder was it an health and safety issue that had them removed? Whatever the reason the result makes for a good photograph. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
