Description
Was sketching a few armed guards, trying for fireing poses and so on.... this came out kinda good, and i inked it... colored it and im gonna post it... kept it toonish. Cool thing to do by the way, making cartoony charaters wear/handle real weapons and armor etc... that aside, plz comment, i like it.. 2 posts

"They got Fritz!" Nice Bakshi "Wizards" feel to this one. Simple lines, bold colour, great dimension in the shading.

I like this one, the color's really awesome. Since you're going for a more cartoony feel, it probably doesn't matter, but a real swat policeman or professional guard would hold his weapon up at shoulder height to sight down the barrel, and would keep his finger off the trigger until he was ready to fire. btw, I really like the laser effect in the other pic, very atmospheric.
