That's a terrific gemstone. If it were green, I'd say malachite. Wonderful render. I really like the blend of texture and pattern. It's convincing as a gem in matrix, until you clue in on the pattern, and then, there's a little flash of the fantastic. It engages the mind and then tricks it just a little.
