Description

I found these growing in masses, even up the trunk of the dead tree. I liked this area because of the diagonal composition possibility with the opposing diagonal in the background adding visually. I hope the glowing in the dark feel is there, because when I first saw them they looked so bright and fresh in the shaded woodland.

It's a very photogenic fungus. Yes, you're right about the diagonals--it's a wonderful composition. But, really, it's just such a magical landscape photograph of "Elf land." It just makes me smile and keep glancing at it to see if I can spot a fairy.

It is - just like fairyland. You do take the most magnificent photographs, not just photo's but something one can get one's teeth into. Brilliant Kevin. Did you have themn for brekkie after?

What a find! A superb compo--one can only imagine the shenanigans after dusk, not so much fairies but all the creatures that love this sort of wonderland.

Excellent capture my friend, I have yet to get some fungi shots, living in this concreate jungle though, the only fungi are locked away in the house of Lords :)
