You captured a cool, dark athmosphere here. Very nice! I also like it very much that this time your image only consists of one part instead of using one main picture and a detail below it. By getting rid of the detail you give much more emphasis on the main image. I say, keep it this way! :-)

Now this is a nice concept and good execution - might I suggest that the tear should be worked to follow the contours of the cheek, either by curving the post-painting, or applying a tear object before rendering, or by revising the face texture? It may not present the same color you wish to portray, but again, you can fix that in photoshop Pr PSP. Thanks for sharing this!
