Description

Late September....I can feel a chill in the air in the evenings that grow longer with each passing day. The swallows have gone now. The geese still fly overhead for the time being, but soon they will be off to a warmer place. As I was driving through Cannock Chase Forest over the weekend, I noticed how all the trees have just started to change colour - only slightly in some, others, the leaves are already a vivid red. How I love this time of year :-) ---------------- My Water Pack and Autumn Collection, mixed with other trees from Cornucopia Thanx 4 peekin'

Lovely scene, the autumnal trees to the lower left are especially effective, rhapsodic (is that a word? I think that's a word, I mean like musical)

Beautiful work Gill. Would you believe we had our bedroom window open, last night? Nevertheless, I feel a slight chill in the mornings when I wake and that is when I don a polo shirt of some description, to stop the cold getting to my back and shoulders, before it becomes really uncomfortable! lol Steve :o)
