Description

I want to thank everyone, for taking time out of their schedules to view my work, A thank you to those who leave a comment, love reading them. Also a thank you to those who have added my work and/or me to their favorites. Done in Bryce 5.5 and Photoshop Element 6. My own textures and sky. Ground shapes from playing in the terrain editor. The Emerald Scarp: Seat of power of the all powerful Lord Seaton, greatest ninja/sorcerer alive!!!! Well, anyway that’s what he wants everyone to say. Most everyone just calls it the Emerald Isle. But, here I am! Could not get anyone else to come here, damn mud! Damn Seaton and that old sorcerer! It seems about 20,000 years ago an old sorcerer lived on the island and enjoyed his solitude and occasional visitor. Well these two kings got in an argument over who had control of the island and of course went to war. The only place to fight on solid ground was the island, three miles into the center of the mud flats. Which even at high tide the water at it’s deepest is only 4 feet and of course about a foot of mud, not a nice place for a battle. So both sides used whatever means they could, to get their men and horses to the island. This took a week to accomplish and then another week for both sides to rest up from the ordeal of getting to the island. ,,,,,,,,,, Damn, stuck again, only two more miles to the island!!!!, ,,,,,,,,,,, Now where was I,,,, oh yeah, ,,,,,,,,,,,, Anyway they still wanted to fight about it and on a sunny day the war horns blew and both armies marched on to glory, well, that’s the way the story should have gone. But, as history is really foggy about the battle, the result was that both sides lost the war! What escaped from the island were mad men, screaming of giant wolves, hawks, and other creatures too terrible to name. It is surmised that the old sorcerer being awaken by the horns thought both armies were attacking him and let loose with his most powerful magic, causing both armies to see powerful creatures, when in actuality there were none. So both armies fell onto themselves and their foes alike in a fear driven frenzy of killing. Anyway that’s the history of the island. But then, that old coot just had to cast another spell that only natural creatures could pass to the island, which means I still got four more hours of walking to just clear these last two damn miles!! That is if I do not get……………Oh, crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nicely shaped terrain from what you call the terrain editor, however I'm not sure that the landscape materials and the skies go together. I've never seen overcast skies with deep blue seas around the shores. I think maybe the dark and solemn surface should cover all the sea area ... but hey, that's just my interpretation. Hugz and kisses. Toni.
