Hello I am back!!! I stopped doing this art work back in 2009 when I broke my left wrist and had to have surgery. When it got better I was busy with work and other stuff I had no time to be creative. In 2010 on my 40th birthday, I had an explosive aneurysm in my brain and had emergency open brain surgery. With the help of God, Dr. Scodary saved my life. I have a clamp on the busted vein in my brain between the upper (frontal) and lower (temporal) left lobe. I was in intensive care for a month in a coma. After the long stay at the hospital I was sent to a rehabilitation hospital and stayed there for a week. I then had to do out patient therapy for several months. In February 2011, I went back to work but in May of 2011 I had a grand maul seizure and damaged the surgery area. I was taken to a hospital in a helicopter and stayed there for 7 days. Because of the damage to my skull and brain, I am unable to go back to work due to the possibilities of seizures, damage to my skull, and restrictions from my neurologist. Also I suffer from headaches ranging from mild to severe migraines. I am so happy to get the chance to be able to create artwork again that I love!

Johnny - I'm so sorry for the loss of your friend. People who don't have pets don't realize - they really ARE members of our family. Don't worry about your productivity or not visiting anybody, take the time to get healed from your grief. Take care friend.

My deepest condolences for the loss of your beloved companion. I know how hard it is to take that action, but keep Lobo's memory close to your heart and he'll never leave you. When our beloved companions pass into Summer, over the Rainbow bridge, it merely means they wait for us in another place, to be reuinted with our love.

Beautiful dedication. You really put your heart into this one and you persevered to produce an image in your friends memory despite the obvious frustration of the computer glitch. We who have lost such great friends can truely empathsize with you.

Wow Johnny ... I know how you feel ... I had to put my cat to sleep last year and still get the tears in my eyes thinking of him. [He was 18 years old and my dearest friend since he was a kitten] ... You captured this feeling absolute beautiful!!

Oh, I feel for you. I lost my 14 year old dachshund, Wendy, a couple months ago. This is a fine tribute to Lobo. Mark Twain said about the afterlife: "I want to go where dogs go." That's truly got to be the best place, don't you think?
