'The Invaders' won a couple of Emmy awards in its time for best make up effects. This was for making the humanoid aliens look 'unreal' even though they wre performed by human actors. Quinn Martin later confessed all they did was not use make up on the alien characters. That, with a little bad lighting, made for a cheap, workable and very effective look. Excellent depiction.
