Now here's the last picture about the Place du Pré-aux-Clercs, just at right of the entrance.
In the 1900 exposition, this part was little stores... stairs in the little tower.
Behind this part, outside, that was the real streets of Paris 1900... you can imagine the contrast for the visitors ;-)
