another of your beautiful barns, just as dignified as the others. This one has a kind of angled low POV, like a portrait of a dignified elder. But the details are equally strong. The irregular & decayed shingles on the right side (I love these in your photographs) contrasted with the stark white light of the roof; the rambling old fence, especially as it makes its way from the barn; and other things like the spots of bush & shrub in the background, the long conveyor coming out of the barn, etc. Above all, you have a fine composition, the angle harmonized by the fencing & the silo and the nature behind it. And it's bathed in a generous bleaching sun. A kind of mid-day moment where we want to go up to the barn, lie down on the grass, and rest there a long time. It's beautiful.

This is wonderful Lynell, I love that red colour they paint those structures with, so cool the kid in me makes me wanna slide down that slope from the hayloft rofl...what fun!:)

Bucolic, pastoral and rustic best describe this terrific capture of the barn, L! The clarity, colors and light/dark contrast really pop out in this one.
