Description

This huge wasp I found last summer. Some of them are pulling the bark of a tree to get the sap. They are very peaceful. The image is not as sharp as possible, because of there are about 10 or 12 huge specimen (about 25-33mm) and I don´t rely their peaceableness if I come to close. Thanks for all the comments and ratings on my last image "Violet" thumb_1751257.jpg

Good heavens that's a big wasp! Great job of finding the focus and the nerve to get this close.
