Description
The face is actually a Halloween mask and the webs are done with ron's web brushes for CS2 *** TFL :)

Those are some of the best looking spider and cob webs I have ever seen! Makes me wish I had CS so I could use the brushes. I picked up his water brushes, but alas could not use them in PSP. In times past I could change the extention from abr to jbr and photoshop brushes would work in paintshop. No longer so it appears.
